Used to simulate a number of users making use of the system at the same time. This component needs to be connected to a Runner component which will be used to provide the load.

Output

  • The message used to trigger the Runner

Controls

  • Number of users - The number of users that this component will simulate
  • Variance - The random factor to use in order to prevent the behaviour of the virtual users from being to predicable
  • Request Interval - How often should we send the samples?
  • Current Rate - This displays the current rate at which the samples are getting triggered.
